The Genesis is a great, inexpensive table top incubator. It is pretty much a turn on and forget about it item if you include a turner. I have two, and my hatch rates are about 94%. The eggs are visable thru the large pic window, and the temps stay very constant. The only variable I have is the humidity. It does range a bit, and is often too dry. I think this is because of the small size and the fan. I highly recommend this product for those wishing to hatch a few or even several eggs for it's ease of use and succes.

Great egg incubator but not worth the price you pay for it ! It could be made with better MATERIALS then some CHEAP styrofoam. It does function the way the handbook said it would and holds a nice constant tenperture for the eggs. I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars due to the price of the item !

Just about as close to a set it and forget it bator you can get for the money. Great for the first timer and pretty sturdy.

The Genesis Hova-Bator is pre-set for bird eggs. Simply plug it in, then add water and eggs. Nothing to set up or adjust. This circulated air Hova-Bator comes with a thermometer, plastic bottom liner, and is pre-set to 99. F (38 C). Like all incubators, the 1588 requires a stable room temperature and should not be used in areas like sheds or barns. Being pre-set, this incubator delivers consistently good hatches. -Excellent for classrooms, novices, and experts. 12 Volt system is safe and CUL listed. -Although it is pre-set to 99 F, the thermostat can be adjusted. The 1588 can be set as low as 80 F. for use with reptiles. -Soft-Air fan technology provides needed oxygen and refreshes air without forcing air directly on the eggs. -Automatic Turners (not included) available for poultry and game bird eggs.
