I've only used this case for the purpose of transporting both units plus the DVDs, but it does open ( flap down, like the dinner tray on the planes)to see your DVDs. I really like it, it protects both cases very well, and there is enough space for the wires and earbuds. I can also squeeze in about 3 VD cases, not to mention that there are some slotted areas for you to directly place the disk. I purchased these for use with the Philips 7" dual DVDs that I purchased on Amazon. I am very happy with the purchase and the price. I have other smaller CaseLogic items, and they have all been well made and durable. Hope this helps!

I recently purchased a Philips - 9" Widescreen Portable DVD Player with Dual Screens. I was concerned that this case wouldn't fit the 9" screens because all other reviews mentioned the 7" screens. This case fit the two screens perfectly! Another nice thing is that it is still roomy enough to fit a couple headsets and all the cords that go with the DVD player. I'm very happy with the product!

I swap AV gear in and out 8-10 times a year as part of my work, so I wanted to be able to get into my Salamander rack easily (a 3 high Twin unit). This allows me to do that, and the locking feature is very nice. However, if you are on carpet they really are very ineffective, though that shouldn't come as much of a surprise. They are a bit expensive, as everything from Salamander is, but they are high quality and get the job done.

I bought the Synergy 237 Maple/Silver entertainment center a few months ago. I wanted to allow enough time for actually using the product before reviewing it.

Overall I am very satisfied with the stiletto feet I bought with this unit.

Performance:
The feet are very solid and functional. They raise the entertainment center about six inches off the floor which really comes in handy for routing cables, power supplies, etc. It also helps in being able to vacuum under the unit!

Assembly:
Assembly couldn't be easier. One end of the piece is drilled and threaded. It simply screws into one of the support columns that hold the entertainment center together.

Price:
Amazon had these discounted when I bought the salamander 237, and I picked these up around half of their normal listing price. I'm glad that I bought these rather than using the feet that were delivered with the unit.

I am not so sure its the pressured spray can more than the junky tips that come with it but it I don't think the spray patterns any good at all. I would rather use the store bought spray cans of Lacquer at least they have acceptably good spray tips - I would not buy it again for spraying finish - You could use it for other things I suppose like WD-40 but I was disappointed in the spray patterns and have not found any other tips so far that will work - bought the extra tips and they are just as bad

I prefer it for icing down a six-pack for a small gathering. More than 3-4 beers per half hour requires a larger cooler. You could squeeze in a seventh but that cuts down on the quantity of ice it can hold.

Also holds a lot of plates, glasses & silverware, so it's convenient to help with cleanup when you're done.

The installation of this winch was easy. I wished it would have been made in USA. It is a light duty winch. It will be on a 4 wheeler and not a tractor or truck, so it will probably work fine. I liked the remote leads and buttons for operation. The leads were long and the controls mounted easily to the handle bars. The cable is prewrapped with tension, so the first time you free wheel the winch to use the cable will act like a Rod and Reel spool full of line unravelling.

Used the winch to drag shrub scraps around the property.

When i unspooled the cable, all the gears inside got ground up. Now i am stuck with a half out winch that will not power in, power out, or freewheel. How can this thing pull 2000 pounds if it can't handle the 3 pounds of pull on it when the cable is let out.

It seems that customer service is impossible to obtain for the product.

Ladies and gents, I normally dont waste my time with writing a review however this product warrants a great review. For the money its well worth it. Its better to spend a few bucks more than the cheaper models as this is a complete package- shackles/ bolts/ mounting plates/ switches etc...Nice and neat. And the wires for the switches that everyone else was saying is too short- was plently long with about a foot extra. I mounted it on a Yamaha 400- not a small Atv. I cant wait for the snow to use my new plow. Nice. Merry Christmas to all!!!!

I heartily recommend this unit. I live in a condo in Southern California that is older and doesn't have A/C. The past two months California experienced a record breaking heat wave. The temp in our beach city reached a blistering 108 with a humidity level to match. It varied between 78-98%. The heat was so bad you'd feel like you were breathing water when you walked outside. I put this unit in my bedroom. Guess where my animals and I spent all of our time while at home? I don't have to watch any water levels, I turn it up as high (cool) as it will go and run the unit 24/7. I totally recommend this unit for a room unit. No, it doesn't have enough BTU's to cool say, a living room, but a room the size of my bedroom (15.6 x 11.6)? It works wonderfully! Buy one and you'll stay cool in whatever room you choose to place this unit as long as the room size fits with the specs.
****07/21/2009**** Had to add a note: This thing is still GOING STRONG! Works as well now as it did the first day I got it. Yet, an Amcor I purchased AFTER this Haier just died in the middle of a scorcher. I am so impressed with the durability, lasting power, ease of use and portability I bought another unit (14,000 BTU) for the living room. Did the same modifications I did with the original . . . I use foam core to "extend" the window pieces, so they will fit my sliders. The new one also is WONDERFUL. It cools the entire living room to the point when guests open the front door the first thing out of their mouths is "Wow, this feels so good!" Can you tell I am happy with Haier?

If by chance you live in a house that was built in the stone age as I do, in hot summers lack of central air is a pain.
But, hark! what is that I see! a portable air conditioner! hoora!

Theatrics, aside, this has been very heapfull, because my windows are swing rather than sliding, so that meant no window air-con, so this thing is great as the hot air can exet a sliding door.
It doese'nt make the house a meat-locker, but it is comefertable in here now.

The Genesis is a great, inexpensive table top incubator. It is pretty much a turn on and forget about it item if you include a turner. I have two, and my hatch rates are about 94%. The eggs are visable thru the large pic window, and the temps stay very constant. The only variable I have is the humidity. It does range a bit, and is often too dry. I think this is because of the small size and the fan. I highly recommend this product for those wishing to hatch a few or even several eggs for it's ease of use and succes.

Great egg incubator but not worth the price you pay for it ! It could be made with better MATERIALS then some CHEAP styrofoam. It does function the way the handbook said it would and holds a nice constant tenperture for the eggs. I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars due to the price of the item !

An old roommate had a similar set in black, so after I moved and decided to get my own set, I knew I wanted one that looked like stainless steel because I prefer that look. These are functional and attractive, so they're great. To make them perfect, they should be able to snap into each other without limiting cooling space and to make the stacks more secure. This set just kind of stands on top of the set below. The legs - especially the bottom rack, should be able to lock into place. When you pick up the rack, the legs move. It's be nice to be able to move the entire stacked rack, with cookies on it to another place on the counter in one movement. But these are functional and attractive, so I'm happy with them. I also purchased them in a 3 for 4 set.

I bake cookies a lot, and the one thing I run out of is counter space for all the cooling racks. This effectively salvages counter space because I'll invariably forget to clear the counter enough and that's risking burning the batch of cookies, which will continue to cook on the jelly roll pan until removed from the pan.

I know that the dimensions are provided, but I was a little disappointed with the size of the racks when I got them. But they're at a great price and do what they're supposed to do - cool and save space. I'll have to use two separate sheets of parchment paper so I can transfer easily to the smaller racks. I think two sheets per jelly roll pan would be just right for transferring to this rack.

One thing though - I've found this sold by a third party for apparently the same price but shipping cost added over the cost of the item. Make sure you're getting them from amazon.com as the seller.

My wife is taking a Wilton class in cake decoration in one of the major craft stores. I am helping her and at the same time are enjoying our sweet and greasy bonding. (I am serious; if you want to cut down on cakes and pastries, just take a class on cake making. We are both shocked on how much poundage of confectioner sugar and blocks and blocks of lard that goes with the icing.)

Anyway, this 13 inch angled spatula is a great product. There are no sharp or rough corners. The rounded handle feels just perfect in your hand. It is not too thin and it is not too thick. The angle feels just right for easy spreading of icing either on the top or around the cake. Easy to wash.

Simple things, like the feel of a well made tool for either your kitchen or your workshop, is worth its weight in, well maybe not gold, but darn close to it. I love to bake, and although my cakes usually taste wonderful,its when I try my hand at frosting that they definitely look homemade. THIS spatula helps me to achieve a much smoother surface.

The handle is wide enough for me to hold comfortably (carpel tunnel issues) and since its not wooden, its dishwasher safe.The weight/balance is very nice, the length is perfect for those larger pastries (strudels) that I love to create and as mentioned before, I can really slather on the buttercream to my heart's content with fluid precision. (Yes, I take my baking that seriously.)

As a gift for a child just starting to show an interest in baking, why not buy this great spatula and a few more things like an apron, mixing bowl with a handle, rubber spatulas and a set of bamboo spoons?
